How safe is Delhi?- Safety Audit by Safecity
Our Youth Outreach Officer, Jyoti Goyal conducted a SAFETY AUDIT at four public spaces in Delhi on October 28, 2019, in order to honour the 16 Days of Activism. The four places selected were- Nehru Place Market, Astha Kunj Road, Hans Raj Sethi Marg and Nehru Place Bus Stop on Lala Lajpat Rai Road.
Various aspects of safety were checked by our team which included
- Availability of toilets
- Visibility of toilets
- Presence of street lights
- Availability of public and private transport
- Presence of Police Booths
- CCTV cameras
