Broken Silences

On a daily basis, Safecity receives numerous reports on its crowdmap (maps.safecity.in) from various places. Broken Silences are short poetic versions of these reports that are not nearly as graphic and yet put across the importance of breaking one’s silence to report criminal acts of sexual harassment one might’ve experienced in public spaces. They are created with a view to encourage other victims and survivors of sexual harassment to break their silence.
